Apple unveiled iOS 5 and iCloud yesterday at WWDC 2011. Both iOS 5 and iCloud are available to developers as of now. iCloud brings an amazing set of features, one of which is automatic music and apps downloads.
If you have one Apple ID on multiple devices, purchase anything from iTunes on any one device, and iCloud will automatically push that purchase to all of those device using the same Apple ID. It includes Apps and Music. So if you download an app on your computer using iTunes, all devices that have the same Apple ID, will automatically be pushed that app by iCloud.
