Just minutes ago, Apple released iOS 5 beta 4 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Naturally with a new iOS 5 beta release, Apple is bound to release a new beta version of iTunes as well. iTunes 10.5 beta 4 is now available for download on both Windows and Mac.

Please do keep in mind that pre-release beta software is meant for developers only. Non-developers may get their hands on beta firmware by downloading it from the various file sharing websites its uploaded to, but if don't have an idea of what issues you can face with beta software please refrain from upgrading to it.

iTunes 10.5 beta 4 download is now available to registered developers enrolled in the iPhone Developer Program. Also, please keep in mind that in order to upgrade your device to iOS 5 beta 4, you will need the latest iTunes 10.5 beta 4 on your Windows and Mac. The previous beta of iTunes will not support iOS 5 beta 4 and you will not be able to upgrade your device using it.

So to get started with iOS 5 beta 4 on your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, head over to the developers portal right now and download iTunes 10.5 beta 4 for both Windows and Mac.

If you're a non-developer please wait for a while as we shall soon be adding links from where you can direct download iTunes 10.5 beta 4 without having to be a registered developer.

UPDATE: Download links of iTunes 10.5 beta 4 for Windows and Mac added.

They’re not even up in the Dev site, this post was made to bring in hits even if they don’t have the downloads. /lame

if you read. and look the download is there.. if youre blind dont come to the page

I posted that when the post was made which didnt have any links. Just like every other site that faked having the downloads first.

Frustrating when you’re looking for something and you think you’ve found it only to see that the site actually is lying and will have it in the future.

Imagine ordering a burger and pulling up to the window and then them saying that someone is at the grocery buying the meat.

It’s very misleading and does indeed advertise to bring in hits. The links were not there in the beginning and the iTunes beta 4 for Windows doesn’t even exist yet. There is no being “blind” about it. There is, however, being misled.

Apple has just seeded iTunes 10.5 Beta 4 to its developers. The new version of iTunes is required for the just-released iOS 5 Beta 4, which was released alongside the new version of iTunes. Although no specific enhancements are known as of yet, several are expected as the final release draws closer.

Crazy enough, I managed to restore to iOS 5 beta 4 with iTunes 10.5 beta 3.

I couldn’t sync, though, once upgraded, until I upgraded iTunes.
