Wintek is the company that has previously made touchscreens of the fourth generation iPhone for about a year and a half. Primarily, the company makes electronic components which mainly are touchscreens. The obvious question that came in our mind was, will Wintek be making touchscreens for the upcoming next generation iPhone as well? Get the low down, after the jump.

Wintek has installed cameras in their factory to monitor their workers and it is being reported that the only reason how these pictures got leaked is by virtue of these cameras that are meant to keep an eye on the workforce. Obviously, by looking at these pictures one can not conclude for sure that these are indeed the touchscreens for the iPhone 5, but who doesn't love a good rumour?

Keeping the rumours we have heard up till now about the iPhone 5 in mind, its not hard to miss catching the slightly elongated Home button in these touchscreen panels. Also, the screen also seems to be marginally wider than that of the current iPhone. Previous reports have indicated that Apple may be implementing a gesture based Home button, and this picture somewhat solidifies that claim. As far as the wider screen is concerned, we've heard a lot about the next generation iPhone having a bigger screen than its predecessor.

The rumours regarding iPhone 5 lead us to believe many things, most of which will probably not be true once Apple officially comes forward with the details. All we know for now is that we should expect an iPhone 5 release in September. It is a possibility that iPhone 5 preorders will begin on September 30. However, there's also a huge possibility that these images may be showing the touchscreens of some other iPhone-esque smartphone destined to hit the market soon. One can never be too sure, right?

On the other hand, it is also likely that the touchscreens could be of the rumored iCloud iPhone. The iCloud iPhone will supposedly be released alongside the iPhone 5 at its launch even, as it has been rumoured that Apple will be releasing two iPhones in 2011. Hopefully we will receive some more information on the iPhone 5, the iCloud iPhone and their release dates soon.
