Love the iPhone 4S and want to exchange your used iPhone 4? Why not sell it to its maker? Apple has started a program through which you can exchange used iPhone 4 directly to Apple. In return, you will be given an Apple Gift Card worth up to $200.

Apple has started a 'Reuse and Recycle Program' in which you can exchange used iPhone 4 in return for an Apple Gift Card which can be used to make any sort of purchase on Apple's Online Store. The price you'll receive obviously depends upon the condition of your used iPhone 4, the maximum being $200.

If you're interested, you can access this program by going here. Click on Get Started located right underneath Get an Apple Gift Card for your old device. If your used iPhone 4 is in sound condition you may very well receive an Apple Gift Card worth $200. However the actual value of your Apple Gift Card will be determined when they receive the device. If you supply its power cord and the iPhone 4 does not have minor scratches and scuffs on the display and case, has not been water damaged, has no cracks whatsoever, works properly and the battery gets fully charged, expect to receive a $200 Gift Card in exchange for your used iPhone 4.

This Reuse and Recycle Program can take off quite well, considering the fact that those who are lucky enough to get a $200 Apple Gift Card in exchange for their used iPhone 4 can get the iPhone 4S 16GB for free on a two-year contract. While we don't expect all iPhones to be in such spotless condition, if you have recently bought your iPhone 4, you shouldn't think twice before exchanging your iPhone 4. Just remember to erase all content and settings before you actually send them your iPhone 4.

After iPhone 4S release yesterday, the iPhone 4 8GB will now be available for $99 with a two-year contract. The iPhone 3GS is free on a two-year contract. Apple did not talk about a factory unlocked iPhone 4S in the Let's Talk iPhone event yesterday, however Apple Online Store's of UK, Germany, France, Australia and Canada have already listed officially unlocked iPhone 4S units along with their prices.

Who's exchanging their used iPhone 4 in return for an Apple Gift Card then?

    It’s iPhone 4 8GB for $99, not 16gb

Now that the iPhone 4S has a better antenna, I’m kissing my iPhone 4’s death grip goodbye. I checked out the offers for an iPhone 4 32G Verizon in mint condition and here’s what I got: $268 (Cash for iPhones), $204 (Gazelle) and $250 (Totem). Will definitely sell mine to the actual top bidder. So excited to see how Siri will blow my mind!

Can’t help but give in to the 8 megapixel camera of the new iPhone 4S. I’m ditching my iPhone 3GS 16 GB for $171. I can’t believe that Cash for iPhones is offering me this much considering that my device is OLD. Turns out that iPhones do have a high resale value compared to other smart phones – I’d say it’s worth the money I spent 2 years ago!

Cash for iPhones is offering me $294 for my iPhone 4 16GB AT&T but I’m thinking if I should sell it on eBay and put up with the waiting. Pre-order starts already and I’m hoping for quicker cash. I wonder which option is faster in terms of getting rid of my old iPhone?
