At the annual shareholder's meeting yesterday Apple CEO Tim Cook made a rather interesting statement. He said that the company is working on products that will blow our minds. Given Apple's history, there's no doubting this statement.

The conference was held yesterday in Apple's native town Cupertino, California. This also happens to be Cook's first shareholder's meeting after taking the reins of Apple from late CEO Steve Jobs. Board of directors and investors were pleased with Tim Cook's passion and dedication to the well being of Apple.

Forbes has the details of whatever happened yesterday. Steve Jobs got a mention as well, obviously. Tim said and we quote: "There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t miss him.” He further adds that the grief and sadness has transformed in to intense determination. This determination is what will drive Apple forward, and that is exactly what Steve Jobs would have wanted.

Tim Cook touched a variety of topics at the meeting yesterday. He talked about the record breaking quarter as well as the company's view of Facebook and how future integration of the world's most used social network could be possible. There wass one thing that stood out amongst everything else, Tim said: "You can be assured we are working as hard as ever this year to deliver an incredible year and some products that will blow your mind."

Why the emphasis? Well there weren't many mind blowing products released in 2011. Sure the iPhone 4S is phenomenal and all, but it's not the revamped iPhone 5 everyone was hoping for. This year however is pretty big for the company. The next generation iPhone is slated for Fall 2012 whereas a brand new iPad could be announced as early as March 7. There's also talk about an Apple TV, not just the set-top box, the whole deal. If rumours have their way, Apple's television could even have Siri integration.

Rest assured, it can be safely said that no products with the S moniker will be announced this year, hopefully. Only time will tell what Tim Cook and Co. have hidden up their sleeves.

and knowing apple they’ll rip off others products and innovations, claim them as being their own and that the others stole it from them and then sue the competition
